Joseph A. Nwancha has a background in Biomedical Sciences and healthcare practice, with experience spanning Cameroon and the United Kingdom. His commitment is to improving healthcare access, prevention, health education, dignity and wellbeing.

Lilian Ndaka

Co-CEO (CHASID)

Lilian Ndaka brings healthcare experience developed through nursing and surgical care in Cameroon, where she witnessed the challenges created by limited resources, inadequate infrastructure and restricted access to preventive healthcare.

Fru Charles Ndaka

President (CHASID)

Fru Charles Ndaka brings knowledge and experience in traditional herbal practices, community health promotion, counselling, family values, peacebuilding and social wellbeing.

Pamela Nchang Fon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Project Management and brings professional experience in administration, management, coordination and organisational development.

Pride Chi Fru is a Civil Engineer with professional experience in construction, together with training and knowledge in occupational health and safety, first aid and public health.

Emmanuel Nsoh Che is an Agricultural Engineer specialising in Animal Production Technology, with a strong interest in sustainable agriculture, animal health and community development.

Nyingcho Samuel

Technical Advisor (CHASID)

Nyingcho Samuel is an organizational development consultant, grant researcher, resource mobilization specialist, and Chief Executive Officer of Nyinsem Goodwill Express Services, based in Bamenda, Cameroon.
